1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "Player") and 2999b ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the 2999b platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on 2999b.vip.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the 2999b platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and all promotional activities. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 2999b platform and close your account.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 2999b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time during the account verification process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person or by a corporate entity is not permitted without prior written approval from 2999b.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Any change to your registered details must be updated promptly via the account settings.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from 2999b or any related platform. Any member who has applied for self-exclusion and attempts to re-register during the exclusion period will have their new account immediately closed.
• You must not be using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 2999b complies with applicable local laws.

2999b reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each member is permitted to hold one account only. 2999b requires all members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may include the following:

• Submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of registered mobile number ownership — for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered to that number in the member's name.
• Proof of residential address, which may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing the member's full name and address.
• Source of funds documentation in the event that 2999b's compliance team determines that additional verification is required under its anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Selfie verification — a live photograph of the member holding their identity document, requested at the discretion of the KYC team.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the 2999b Privacy Policy. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed will have that withdrawal request cancelled. Repeated failure to complete KYC may result in permanent account closure at 2999b's sole discretion.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2999b are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit may be subject to limits imposed by your selected payment method provider. 2999b does not itself cap individual deposit amounts, but payment provider limits apply.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 2999b may add or remove payment methods at its discretion; current accepted methods are displayed on the deposit page within the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawals to a different payment method or a different account holder name than that registered with 2999b will not be approved.
• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside of business hours may take longer. 2999b does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment network issues.
• 2999b does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment method provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 2999b's control.
• 2999b reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or suspected breach of these Terms. In such cases, 2999b will notify the affected member and provide a reasonable explanation where permitted by law.

Deposits made to a 2999b account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, even in the absence of any active bonus. This minimum play-through requirement helps prevent the platform from being used as a payment intermediary. Accounts used solely for depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay activity may be flagged for review.

5Bonuses and Promotions

2999b offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the member's account automatically or upon qualifying deposit, as specified in the individual offer. No bonus code is required unless explicitly stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements will forfeit the previous bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Bonus funds may not be transferred to another member's account under any circumstances.
• 2999b reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use by a member at the time of withdrawal or modification will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
• 2999b reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting patterns, or collusion with other members.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement rules unless the specific offer explicitly states that free spin winnings are credited as withdrawable cash without rollover. The game or games to which free spins apply will be specified in the individual offer terms.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all gameplay and sports betting activities conducted on the 2999b platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation. 2999b will not reverse confirmed bets due to member error unless a technical fault on the platform's side is identified and confirmed by the technical team.
• All virtual casino games — including slots, table games, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. 2999b does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP values represent theoretical long-term return percentages and are not a guarantee of results for any individual session.

• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to the member's account balance within a reasonable time following the official settlement of the relevant event. 2999b uses official sporting body results to settle bets. In cases of dispute regarding settlement, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BCB, FIFA) will be final.

7Responsible Gaming

2999b is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all members via the account settings panel at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes immediate effect for reductions and a 7-day cooling-off period for increases, to prevent impulsive limit increases.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and shown a summary of your session activity.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed for betting purposes, though withdrawals of any eligible balance remain available.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, 2999b will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration under the same identity. 8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2999b platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, address, or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to place bets, spin games, or exploit platform features without genuine human interaction.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of stolen payment credentials, compromised bKash or Nagad accounts, or funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or any platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a confirmed software error will be voided regardless of account status.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing account access, coordinating bets to manipulate live betting markets, or any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing activity.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions on deposits made to 2999b. Any member who initiates a chargeback on a deposit will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and all associated balances will be frozen.

9Account Suspension and Termination

2999b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited activity, or provision of false identity information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request or following a compliance review trigger.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform, pending investigation. In such cases, account funds will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded.
• Member request — any member may request the permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a balance exists at the time of closure, it will be returned to the registered payment method following identity verification.

Where an account is closed by 2999b due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances deposited by the member that have been wagered in compliance with applicable terms may be returned at 2999b's sole discretion following investigation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2999b, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 2999b platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to betting outcomes, interruption of service, technical malfunctions, data loss, or any act or omission of a third-party payment provider. 2999b's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 2999b's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. The limitations above do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Bangladesh law.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 2999b platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 2999b or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 2999b content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 2999b's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Privacy

2999b collects and processes member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights regarding your personal data. 13Amendments to These Terms

2999b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, 2999b will notify registered members via the platform's in-app notification system at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. For minor amendments (such as clarifications that do not change the substance of members' rights or obligations), 2999b may update the Terms without advance notice, though the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent change.

The most current version of these Terms is always the version published at 2999b.vip/terms-conditions. Archived previous versions are available upon request by contacting the support team. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

14Governing Language and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are drawn up in English. The English text of these Terms is the governing version for all purposes. In the event of any dispute between a member and 2999b arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through 2999b's internal complaints procedure by contacting the customer support team via live chat.

2999b aims to resolve all member complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in preference to court proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
